Get to be part of the heart and soul of the resort! This Position is a presentation of Kalahari’s unique brand and culture.

Work with a team of dedicated, hardworking individuals who create memorable moments during our guests stay!

You will develop the customer service skills needed to succeed in Kalahari Resorts fast-paced hospitality environment.
At Kalahari Resorts we promise to deliver products and services beyond expectations and as a Hospitality Rotational Intern you'll be repsonsible to monitor and schedule routine inspections of all guest rooms/suites and public areas to ensure everything is clean and in good repair
You will be working with Front Office to monitor out-of order, out-of service, discrepant and show rooms.
You will be assisting our managerial team with the daily operations of running America’s Largest Waterpark Resorts and provide beyond expecatations guest service.

There is a potential for multiple job rotations, depending on the skill-set of the associate, conversations with leadership and desire to explore additional areas of the property.

About you

Required skills: Flexible, customer service driven, able to work in a team, coachable, outgoing, experience in the field preferred but not required.

Excellent performance, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn are extremely important, and participants displaying these qualities will have the opportunity to be rewarded.
English level: Excellent

14.00 $ per hour. Overtime wage (if applicable) 1.5 X Normal rate. Overtime is offered but not guaranteed.
Host company provided

Participants will start at $14/hour with an evaluation at 6 months that could result in a $1.00/hour raise, taking the hourly rate to $15.00. Other promotions may be available throughout the program that could additionally increase the hourly rate. Please note that the $1.00/hour raise and additional promotions are not guaranteed and will be dependent on an individual's performance and skill.
