About the job

Assist with guest relations and provide exceptional service
Support hotel management in marketing and public relations activities
Help with administrative tasks and back-office duties
Participate in budget and cost management activities
Coordinate with team members and ensure smooth hotel operations
Assist in organizing special events and guest activities

About you

Passionate about working in the hospitality industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
Flexible and willing to learn
No prior experience required, but a positive attitude and enthusiasm for the role are essential

Free accommodation and full board at the resort. Daily healthy meals in our gourmet restaurant. Visa and flight cost coverage (for the most affordable flight, reimbursement in the last month). 30-40 hours per week with flexible working hours. Serene working environment, proximity to ocean & nature. Free usage of the company's scooter.
