F&B Manager Internship

As an F&B Management Intern within Team NASA, no two days are the same. In the mornings, we often have 200-400 guests for breakfast, and during the beautiful summer days, we also have a lovely terrace with 80 seats. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure a unique and positive guest experience every day. You will be involved in a wide range of tasks, where you will share responsibility for supervising the restaurant, bar, banqueting, and room service. You will focus on efficiency and maintain open communication.

In this challenging internship, you will be responsible for:

Providing operational leadership and direction to a large and diverse F&B team;
Training, coaching, and motivating on the job;
Maintaining high standards of service and guest satisfaction;
Training and guiding F&B interns;
Planning and organizing upcoming events, including preparatory work.

Together with the (Assistant) F&B Manager, you will share daily responsibility for the operation, planning, schedules, cost control, F&B budget, orders, and complaint handling. You will also support the (Assistant) F&B Manager in the execution of projects and have the freedom to contribute ideas on how we can continue to improve our product.

Who are we looking for?

You are studying hospitality (and business) management;

For this internship, we are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, and stress-resistant intern with strong communication skills. Do you meet the following qualities? Then you are the intern we are looking for!

You have an eye for detail and work accurately;
You are enthusiastic and driven;
You are independent and take initiative, but also social and work well in a team;
You have a strong sense of responsibility, but also enjoy a fun atmosphere;

You are available for at least 5 months, preferably longer.
