Front Desk Rotation

The Broadmoor is a legendary destination resort in Colorado with picturesque mountain views, luxurious accommodations, and unmatched services & amenities.

About the job

Training with The Broadmoor's Front Office Operations team. Participant will receive in-depth training on two of three front office team roles between Front Desk, Concierge and Reservations.

Hours and shifts will be based on business demands but participants will be offered a minimum of 32 hours per week. Training on weekends and holidays likely.

Number of positions: 6

About you

Due to the nature of these roles and volume of guest interaction both in-person and by phone, participants must speak excellent English and have a high level of customer service knowledge and understanding.

$15.00. Overtime will be paid according to state regulations.
Temporary housing for Interns and Trainees is assigned based on arrival date. The cost will range from $385.71 (SCP) to $471. 43 (Bijou West) to $589.40 (Apartment) for first 30 days and is payroll deducted.
