Front Desk Rotation

About the job

We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented candidates for our Front Desk Intern/Trainee program. This rotational role offers hands-on experience in customer service, administrative support, and operational management.

You will be the first point of contact, managing guest interactions, phone inquiries, and daily front desk activities while assisting various departments to ensure seamless operations.

About you

Display hospitality and professionalism to our guests and team members at all times, take pride in representing the hotel professionally and assure that all transactions with guests are handled in a legal, ethical, and confidential manner.

Maintain a favorable working relationship with all Resort team members to foster and promote a positive working environment.
Maintain a clean and neat appearance at all times.
Perform work in a safe and high-quality manner.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Excellent guest service skills
Excellent problem solving and negotiating skills
Attention to detail
A university degree or vocational training or job-related course work
Knowledge of world-class and Luxery hospitality and service

$16.00. Overtime wage (1.5 times hourly rate if 40+ hours/week. Overtime hours not guaranteed.
Company provides first 2 weeks of accommodation free of charge and provides information on accommodation options locally.
Your Host Organization assists with your temporary housing arrangement for your first 14 days after arrival to the U.S.
