Serving over 100,000 guests a year at Estes Park Center, the Front Desk/Guest Registration Staff often provide the first face-to-face impression of YMCA of the Rockies to our guests and ensure they are given accurate and in-depth information about their accommodations and activities.

Front Desk Rotation

You will rotate in different roles to learn about the Front Desk operations, registrations and reservations. You will also have the opportunity to work with the management team overseeing the overall operations as part of your training.

About you

We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented candidates for our Front Desk Intern/Trainee program. This rotational role offers hands-on experience in customer service, administrative support, and operational management.

You will be the first point of contact, managing guest interactions, phone inquiries, and daily front desk activities while assisting various departments to ensure seamless operations.
Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with front desk software is a plus.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

USD$15.42 Overtime is offered but not guaranteed. 1.5 X hourly wage per hour, after 40 hours per week
Accommodation is provided by the host company.
