About the job

  • Welcome and Check-In Guests: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests, assisting them with their check-in process and ensuring a seamless start to their stay.
  • Guest Support and Queries: Be readily available to answer questions and address queries. Share your in-depth knowledge about the hotel's products, services, and the local area to enhance the guest experience.
  • Uphold Brand Standards: Familiarize yourself with and adhere to the hotel's systems and brand standards, ensuring the consistent delivery of exceptional service.
  • Problem Resolution: Handle any issues or concerns guests may have with professionalism and care. Be proactive in finding solutions, going above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction.

About you

Friendly and Welcoming Attitude: Create a positive and inviting atmosphere for guests and colleagues alike.

  • Fluency in English: Communicate effectively and professionally in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to Follow Instructions and Procedures: Adhere to established guidelines to maintain consistency and quality.
  • Team Spirit: Collaborate effectively with others to achieve shared goals and provide seamless service.
  • Confident Phone Handling: Comfortably manage phone interactions with clarity and professionalism.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Convey information clearly and effectively, ensuring mutual understanding.

Language required: English. German and French are a plus
