Responsibilities

Inserting groups in the reservations system (OPERA)
Preparing group Recaps
Sending proposals to groups interested in the hotel, giving detailed and adequate information in order to secure the business
Preparing contracts and invoices for confirmed groups
Preparation of site inspections
Attend client site inspections with sales managers
