About the job

Assist in daily hotel operations
Greet and serve guests
Support various departments (front office, housekeeping, F&B, etc.)
Follow company procedures and standards
Learn and use property management systems
Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues
Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas
