Hotelmanager Assistant (Internship)

Our comprehensive internship includes:

Hotel Overview: Accompanied by the director, learn about all hotel areas, including guest spaces, technical facilities, and staff zones.
Department Rotations: Work in key departments like Reception, F&B, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Storeroom to understand daily operations and guest services.
Management Exposure: Assist the director with data analysis, quality meetings, staff management, guest complaints, and strategic tasks.
Internship Report: Reflect on your learning, propose improvements, and analyze your experience through a self-evaluation and SWOT analysis.
Evaluation: Receive feedback on your technical skills, professionalism, and future potential, with opportunities for employment based on performance.

About you

Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a degree in Hospitality, Tourism or related.

Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is required.
High level of Spanish (B2/C1)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and work in a team.
A proactive and service-oriented attitude.
Commitment to the full duration of the internship.
Language required: Spanish. English and French are a plus

600€/month
Accommodation provided
Meals provided during internship.
Employment opportunities throughout Spain after succesfull completion of internship.
