The Group has secured additional projects of almost 1,000 rooms, suites and villas for further expansion of the Ikos brand in Greece (Crete) and Portugal (Algarve), with launch planned in 2025 while new destinations are being added in the pipeline.

Your main responsibility

  • Support in employee administrative management: Collaboration in drafting contracts, managing social security registrations and deregistrations, and filing documentation with the external provider.
  • Monitoring and tracking schedules and shifts: Support in supervising work time records and managing absence control.
  • Collaboration in labor relations management: Assisting in resolving employee inquiries about their contracts, labor rights, and vacation.
  • Assistance in collecting data for HR reports: Support in preparing workforce, turnover, absenteeism, and other key indicator reports.

About you

Studies related to Labor Relations

  • Friendly and passionate personality, capable of seeing value in everyone and everything.
  • You will imagine new possibilities making it happens, always striving to deliver the highest quality of yourself.
  • Fluency English Level.
