Intern - Groups and Events

Job Description

Assist in coordinating and executing various events, including meetings, weddings, and corporate gatherings.
Support the events team with logistics, scheduling, and on-site operations.
Manage vendor relationships and communicate event requirements.
Prepare and organize event materials, including signage and seating arrangements.
Ensure exceptional customer service for clients and guests throughout the event process.
Participate in pre-event meetings and post-event evaluations.
Gain hands-on experience in event planning and hospitality management.
