People & Culture Intern

As a People Culture Intern at Delano Dubai, you will gain hands-on experience in the People and Culture department, assisting with day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement initiatives, and learning about HR best practices.

Your mission

  • Employee Engagement: Assist in organizing events, recognition programs, and team-building activities; gather employee feedback to improve engagement.
  • HR Administration: Support recruitment tasks, maintain employee records, and process leave and benefits updates.
  • Training & Development: Help organize training sessions, track participation, and manage schedules.
  • HR Documentation & Compliance: Assist in updating handbooks and ensuring compliance with HR policies.
  • Well-being Programs: Support wellness initiatives and track their success.
  • Project Assistance: Contribute to ad-hoc HR projects like diversity, sustainability, and employee surveys.

This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates looking to develop skills in human resources within the hospitality industry.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
