People & Culture Intern

As a People Culture Intern at Delano Dubai, you will gain hands-on experience in the People and Culture department, assisting with day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement initiatives, and learning about HR best practices.

Your mission

Employee Engagement: Assist in organizing events, recognition programs, and team-building activities; gather employee feedback to improve engagement.
HR Administration: Support recruitment tasks, maintain employee records, and process leave and benefits updates.
Training & Development: Help organize training sessions, track participation, and manage schedules.
HR Documentation & Compliance: Assist in updating handbooks and ensuring compliance with HR policies.
Well-being Programs: Support wellness initiatives and track their success.
Project Assistance: Contribute to ad-hoc HR projects like diversity, sustainability, and employee surveys.

This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates looking to develop skills in human resources within the hospitality industry.
