Reservation Intern

Job Description

Customer care through phone and email demands.
Manage individual and group (accommodation) reservations.
Use of reservation programs: Opera (PMS) and Resaweb.
Follow up of any reservation no matter the shop channel making them all feel “spoiled”.
Revise all the reservations on the books to check their validity and details.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a Hospitality education.

Strong social and communication skills.
Proactive, enthusiastic, and attentive to detail work attitude.
Excellent knowledge of Spanish and English languages, French is a plus.
You don't have to be a specialist already, but you are eager to learn.
Available for at least 6 months, 5 days a week, 40 hours of internship per week.
