Rooms Division Management Internship

As an Intern Rooms Division Manager within Team NASA (Novotel Amsterdam Schiphol Airport), you and your colleagues will work together to create a unique and positive guest experience for every guest. You will handle a diverse range of tasks where you will support the Rooms Division Manager and Front Office department,

but you will also take on various responsibilities, such as:

Monitoring and maintaining the quality of hotel rooms and creating action plans to improve them;
Cover MOD (Manager on Duty) shifts;
Handling guest complaints and follow-ups;
Providing operational leadership and lead the Front Office team;
Training, coaching, and motivating on the job;
Ensuring the delivery of excellent service and guest satisfaction;
Contributing to a project or action plan to improve communication and operations between the Front Office and Housekeeping departments;
Providing input, brainstorming, and executing projects to improve processes within the department.

Who are we looking for?

You are studying hospitality (and business) management;

For this internship, we are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, and stress-resistant intern with strong communication skills. Do you meet the following qualities? Then you are the intern we are looking for!

You have an eye for detail and work accurately;
You are enthusiastic and driven;
You are independent and take initiative, but also social and work well in a team;
You have a strong sense of responsibility, but also enjoy a fun atmosphere;

You are available for at least 5 months, preferably longer.
