Rooms Trainee

Are you ready to kickstart your career in the hospitality industry? W Barcelona is looking for an enthusiastic intern to join our Rooms Department, covering Housekeeping and Front Office, for a 6-month internship starting in February.

What You’ll Do:

Assist in the daily management of Housekeeping operations, ensuring rooms and public areas are spotless.
Collaborate with the Front Office team in welcoming and assisting guests, providing exceptional service.
Help coordinate tasks between Housekeeping and Front Office to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Participate in inventory management and cleaning supply logistics.
Support in handling guest complaints and requests.

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
