To support and assist the Sales team in a professional and proactive manner.

Tasks and responsibilities

PROVIDE THE HIGHEST STANDARD OF SERVICE TO GUESTS.

Support at industry trade shows (pre-show marketing and post-show follow-up).
Manage customer databases and external communications.
Support administrative tasks for the sales department.
Gathering market and customer information.
Prepare all necessary documentation for contracts with sales representatives.
Securing and maintaining up-to-date databases.
Prepare all the necessary documentation to be part of consortiums and programs aimed at projecting the hotel nationally and internationally.
Participate in the process of creating newsletters to be sent monthly.
Follow-up of the sales agenda.
Actively collaborate with the hotel's sales actions.
Contacting potential local clients via email and newsletter to keep them up to date with the hotel's news.
Tripadvisor and El Tenedor account updates.
Agency 360 report analysis, commercial research, communication to our sales partners.
Prepare account report for sales manager.
Review results in Lanyon.
