Stage Réservations

Your main tasks will involve:

Inputting of Data in the hotel PMS system (Opera) with the aim of giving all departments concerned, accurate information
Helping to update in Opera on a daily basis the previous day received reservations
Performing rate and promotions analysis of competitor hotels
Learning how to understand revenue forecasts in aim of reaching the budget
Follows up leads and correspondence within 24 hours
Projects a professional and positive attitude with guests and colleagues
Check incoming reservations for valid details and to ensure quality of reservations
Learning of selling skills and upselling techniques
Handle online inquiries for online booking agencies
Participate in the different projects of the reservation department
Help manage and mediate case by case booking modifications/cancelations/special requests
